Our Beginner’s Pilates Block is the perfect starting point if you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break. This short series of classes introduces the foundations of Pilates in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Over the course of the block you will learn:
The basic principles of Pilates
How to engage and strengthen your core
Safe movement patterns to support your spine
Exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and posture
Each class builds on the previous one, allowing you to develop confidence and body awareness as you progress.
At the end of the block, you will feel more comfortable with the exercises and ready to continue into our regular Pilates Matwork classes.
